Description
This raw tea cake is 375grams and approximately 8” in diameter and an inch thick. Tea is pried away win chunks with a knife or pick for brewing and you may infuse the same leaves several times- Chinese will infuse 7 times or more! Each infusion will taste a bit different so brew according to taste! This tea is nicely balanced with a hop-like bitterness, a thick ,viscous, smooth tea with vibrant cha qui! Great for drinking now or putting away for further aging.
