Add to cart 2010 Spring harvest of wild grown tea from Ben Wan area in Anhua county. Basketbaging since 2010 has transformed this into a tea with honey, fruit fullness and depth. It may be steeped many times with each infusion lending its own charm and character.
‘Dark Tea is the predecessor of Pu-4th which uses some of the same fermenting methods. Dark tea is fermented in a humid environment to promote the growth of certain fungi which are called “Jin hut” literally “golden flowers”. Like Pu-era, dark tea aids digestion and improves the microorganism environments of the intestines and also contains abundant antioxidants. Studies show it can slow the progress of Type II Diabetes, enhance metabolism, immunity and lower blood fat.
This one ounce package is economical as you can get several cups of tea or pots by repeat brews. -

Add to cart 250gram raw pu-era cake made with leaves from the first spring flush of 2023 leaves. Tippy, healthy leaves covered in downy silver. Intact leaf a bud sets; stone compression was used to preserve the tea’s beauty. Full, round brew, fragrant with some floral notes. Excellent single estate tea.
Cake is 6” in diameter and an inch thick. If you are new to pu-erh-using a knife or pick you pry small amounts off of the cake for brewing and the leaves can be infused several times- 5-7 times depending on your taste; it is not unknown in China for people to infuse 7-10x! -

A top quality composition of tea from six different villages I.ncluding Menghai, Simao, and Lincang). Chocolatey,bittersweet with a warm cha qi and thick body. Production is limited to about 1,000 cakes per pressing. Pu-era is a great economical choice as well as a being a unique pleasure! Using a knife or pick, small amounts may be chipped off of the cake for brewing and these leaves may be infused over again many times for subsequent cups or pots of tea; each infusion bringing out different facets of flavor. This cake is approx. 6” in diameter and an inch thick – 250 grams.

Add to cart Four-year old Pu-erh inside whole dried tangerine. When brewing, add bits if tangerine rind to the tea. Fruity, camphor, thick sweetness. Please note that over time the oils from the peel may form a white frost on the peel; this is quite normal and not mold! Pu-erh has many medicinal qualities that result from its intentional aging process and an information sheet is included. Pu-era has a very unique taste profile and is a good value as you can infuse several cups or pots in a row with the same leaves.
