Description
Hojicha is a very unique beverage. If you are a tea fan and have never tried it- you are missing out! Bancha and Sencha leaves and stems are toasted to an autumn brown. This tea uses some of the tiny stems utilizing as much of the plant as possible. Because of the addition of the stems, it has about 1/2 the caffeine of regular tea.
The main attraction of this tea is the taste. It has a creamy mouth feel and a wonderful, satisfying nutty taste.
